Gluten Free buffet dinner this Sunday!

I learned about this event just today... I joined the email list for the Free From Market (http://www.freefrommarket.com/) down in Orland Park and this dinner was at the bottom of a long list of gf events around town.


Sun., Sept. 26, 4:00-7:00 pm - Barrington Gourmet (http://www.barringtongourmet.com/) All Gluten Free Buffet, 232 E. Main Street, Barrington 847-304-0708 (Metra train station is right across the street). Cost is $10 at the door with reservation and $13 without, children under 10 are free, cash bar with cider and GF beer. The buffet will be extensive. Happy National Celiac Awareness Day

This is the new gluten free dessert at P.F. Chang's China Bistro! Introduced today in honor of National Celiac Awareness Day. Looks good, eh?? It is a triple chocolate mousse mini dessert-- chocolate ganache, milk chocolate mousse, and flourless chocolate cake. This dessert expands the GF menu to 29 items. Thanks to P.F. Chang's for supporting the GF community, may they serve as inspiration to many, many other restaurants.
